Improve monster behaviour and AI

Consider importing (at least part of) the 4GAI.

Otherwise:

  • Allow monsters to recover from stunning/confusion/fear even if the player is not in detection range or LOS.
  • Slowing and hasting monsters should only have a temporary effect.
  • Monster mana and limited arrows
