Remove individual-shopkeeper and race-based discrimination from the store code

Description

Not in any attempt to be PC, but just because it's so hard to actually balance prices. Currently, three factors affect price: race-based discrimination (by -10% to +30%), greed of the individual shopkeeper (from +7% to +50%), and charisma (from -20% to +30%). Reducing that to Charisma and some randomised greed value when choosing a new shopkeeper would make it easier to balance by far.

Actually, this is far more important for variants with wilderness that will use V code, because it removes one more reason for wilderness scumming --- traveling to find best shop owners. Also, shopkeeper change is now only a flavour thing (apart of the 40% discounts) and not something to scum for or to fear (at low-mid levels), which is good IMHO, because shopping is not what this game storyline is about.
