Description

Zapping a rod with a visible effect should ID the rod itself, as well as the type of rod. Otherwise, the 'charging' indicator doesn't show up, which is a bit odd when you go to zap something and then try to zap again, it says that 'you have no charged rods to zap', even though it looks like you have a charged rod.
